About
Colleen is a 2009 graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY. She is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork as well as licensed by New York State in Massage Therapy and Hydrotherapy. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Oswego State University.
In addition to Swedish, Deep Tissue massage, Connective Tissue and Trigger Point therapies, Colleen has received additional training in Advanced Prenatal massage, Hot Stone massage and Reiki. She has operated her private practice since she was licensed in 2009.
Colleen enjoys integrating different massage techniques into every session. This allows her to make every session unique and cater to each person’s specific needs.
Beyond massage therapy, Colleen is an avid reader and cook. She enjoys spending time outdoors as well as with family and friends. After living in Alaska and Hungary for an extended period of time, Colleen was drawn back to her hometown to practice.
